The following Data Protection Declaration declares the nature, the extent and the scope of the collection and usage of personal data of visitors and users (’user’), by WRBLS International UG, Friedrichstrasse 30, 45772 Marl, Germany (’supplier’). 1 Server data

For technical reason, data is collected while accessing the website. This includes the type and version of the used browser, date and time of the visit, operating system, websites linking to the site and the Internet Protocol address (IP). This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal information the user may has provided. In this way it is impossible to connect it to any particular person. The data is used for statistical purposes in order to improve the website and its services.

Only in case of purchasing a product or contacting the supplier, the disclosure of personal data is necessary. The user’s personal data is send to the service provider in order to create and transmit the newsletter. In addition, the “Safe Harbor Privacy Principles” helps to generate a high level of data protection. A possibility for this action is given in every mail. The information is retained in terms of advertising purpose, but will not be passed on to third parties. A mail sent to the supplier can change that.


 

 2 Use of Facebook-Plugins

Each time this website is accessed, the plug-in establishes a connection between the user’s browser and Facebook. Through this process, Facebook gets informed about the use of this website. When the user access the provider’s website while being logged into Facebook, Facebook uses the information to associate it with the user’s personal account. By clicking on the “Like“ button, for example, or entering a comment, this action is stored there. If you wish to prevent the transfer and storage of data by Facebook, the user has to log out of Facebook before visiting our website. 2.1 Use of Instagram-Plugins

Furthermore, the website employs components provided by instagram.com. These components are integrated by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA.  The plugins transmit the information that the user accesses the supplier’s website and the IP-address is transmitted to an American server, without being logged into Instagram. If the user is logged in, the website’s content and the profile can be linked. So Instagram is able to combine the visit on the supplier’s website and the respective profile. By using Twitter and the function “re-tweet “every visited page gets connected to the user’s Twitter account. The supplier has no knowledge about the transmitted content and its use. 3 Cookies

The supplier uses “Cookies” that neither damage the user’s computer, nor contain any viruses. Cookies are small files with text information that are stored on the hard driver while visiting the website. Mostly, Cookies get deleted independently after the browser session. Just a few remain and help to identify the browser in case of a repeated visit on the supplier’s website (“persistent Cookies“), but can be deleted by the user himself.
